The Coalition is using both drones and proxies to attempt to get into level onw and rule. Oversees all agents and is slowly working to install chis into every minor faction leader. Adds cool flashing lights to their machines "because they look cool". Used the Bog Cultists to deal a large blow to the Computer leading to the current affair of the Bunker cold war.
