It was created when the Glowcellium Moss was absorbed by the Flesh Growth and so they fused creating the Glowcellium Hive Core. The Glowcellium Hive Core is a Flesh Growth fused with Glowcellium moss which has changed its appearance. The Glowcellium Hive Core is on Level-407. It controls the Glowcellium Hive and can create any unit of the Hive. It can't absorb people like the normal Flesh but can still drive you mad if you saw its thoughts and were not a member of the Hive. It is massive in size but it is unknown how large it is. It might have been created on accident or on purpose however it is unknown.
